通过对 6 8例X线胸片或胸CT正常的咯血病人行纤维支气管镜 (以下称纤支镜 )检查 ,大部分病人可找出咯血病因 ,明确出血部位 ,发现早期肺癌及少见气管内病变。提示纤支镜检查对该类疾病的诊断具有重要意义
