肠道易激综合征(以下简称肠易激征)是消化系疾病中常见病症,但按常规的对症治疗,效果尚不能令人满意。笔者使用极普通的老药乳酶生口服,却取得显著的疗效。材料与方法病例系1991年1月到1992年6月本院门诊诊断的病人。诊断依据是:有数月不定部位的腹痛、腹胀、便秘或腹泻或二者交替,大便可有粘液,但不含脓血,体检无异常发现,血、粪常规正常,血沉正常,肝肾功能、血糖、血脂正常,X线低张气钡双重造影结肠无器质性病变.总数20例,其中男11例,女
Intestinal irritable syndrome (hereinafter referred to as irritable bowel syndrome) is a common disease in digestive diseases, but according to the conventional symptomatic treatment, the effect is not yet satisfactory.
