目的:对层级护理管理在放疗科护理中的应用效果进行分析。方法:选取在医院进行放疗治疗患者200例,按照就诊顺序编号,采用数字随机表法随机分为对照组和观察组,每组100例。对照组采用常规护理,观察组采用层级护理模式进行护理,比较两组患者对护理的满意度和配合度,治疗前后的自护能力及不适症状缓解时间。结果:观察组患者护理干预配合度、护理满意度、自护能力明显高于对照组,不适症状缓解时间明显低于对照组,比较差异显著(P<0.05)。结论:采用层级护理管理对放疗患者进行护理,可有效提升患者对护理的满意率及配合度,提高患者的自护能力,缩短不适症状缓解时间,提升护理整体水平。
Objective: To analyze the application effect of hierarchical nursing management in radiotherapy department nursing. Methods: 200 cases of patients who underwent radiotherapy in the hospital were selected and numbered according to the order of treatment. The patients were randomly divided into control group and observation group using digital random table method, with 100 cases in each group. The control group was treated with routine nursing. The observation group was treated with the hierarchical nursing model. The satisfaction and coordination of the two groups were compared. The self-care ability before and after treatment and the time to relieve the discomfort were compared. Results: The degree of nursing intervention, nursing satisfaction and self-care ability in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group, and the time to relieve the discomfort was significantly lower than that in the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion: The nursing care of radiotherapy patients with hierarchical nursing management can effectively improve patient satisfaction and coordination of nursing, improve patient self-care ability, shorten the time to relieve symptoms and improve the overall level of nursing.
