雷雨季节,南京电信公司的跨楼群楼道用交换机故障率很高,一旦发生故障,不但维护成本很高,修障及时率和用户满意度也无法得到保证。雷电天气,闪电发生的同时产生的强磁场对金属导线“切割”在导线两端产生的感应电压,交换机端口缺少过压过流保护,是对交换机端口电子元器件造成损坏的主要原因。提出了对搂道交换机加装雷电保护电路等应对措施,缓解了修障工作的压力。
