产业组织理论的SCP范式可以拓展到经济体制分析。经济体制、宏观经济行为及其绩效之间存在着交互式的复杂关系。我们既要重视经济体制的构建和演化,同时也要关注人们的行为和决策。提高绩效的最快捷方式就是调整行为和决策。
The SCP paradigm of industrial organization theory can be expanded to analyze the economic system. There is an interactive and complicated relationship between economic system, macroeconomic behavior and its performance. We must attach importance to the construction and evolution of the economic system, but also pay attention to people’s behavior and decision-making. The quickest way to improve performance is to adjust behavior and decision making.
