张某,女,20岁。因频繁抽搐伴意识障碍2小时于1992年2月10日入院。患者于入院前4小时。因与丈夫发生口角后,内服“雷米封”49片。家人发现后曾以浆水洗胃。约2小时后,出现全身抽搐,牙关紧闭,唤之不应,口吐泡沫状分泌物,小便失禁。 入院查体:T 36℃P 104次/分,R 20次/分,BP17.0/9.8 kPa。全身皮肤颜色正常,唇不绀,口腔有泡沫状分泌物,无异昧。颈软,双肺(一),心率104次/分,律齐,心音有力,未闻及杂音。神经系统检查:呈浅昏迷状,双瞳孔等
