2013年,全省中小学德育工作要以学习贯彻十八大精神为中心,突出“善行河北、立德树人”主题道德实践活动和“我的中国梦”主题教育活动,构建德育与智育融合的育人体系、全员参与的育人体系、知识培养与社会实践并重的育人体系、贯穿中小学全过程的育人体系、日常工作和德育研究相互配套的工作体系,不断提升心理健康教育水平,努力开创全省中小学德育工作新局面。
