本文主要介绍了采用ＳＰＷＭ调制方法，用模拟集成控制器ＴＬ４９４作脉宽调制器件，ＶＭＯＳＦＥＴ做为变换主开关器件研制ＵＰＳ－６００ＶＡ不间断电源中几个关键技术的处理。
In this paper, several key techniques in the development of UPS-600VA uninterruptible power supply using SPWM modulation method, analog integrated controller TL494 for pulse width modulation device, and VMOSFET as the main switching device are introduced.
