自１９９５年１１月始我院开展了以病人为中心的整体护理。为提高全院护理人员对整体护理的认识，首先组织了论证会，分析和论证了开展整体护理的必要性和可行性。之后对护理骨干进行了院内及国内外培训，增强了对整体护理实质性内涵的了解，并在实践中及时总结经验教训，修改实施方案，完善护理表格和护理服务。 Since November 1995, our hospital has carried out patient-centered overall care. In order to raise the awareness of nurses in the hospital about the overall care, we first organized a demonstration meeting, analyzed and demonstrated the necessity and feasibility of developing overall care. Afterwards, nursing backbones were trained both in the hospital and at home and abroad, and the understanding of the substantive connotations of the overall care was enhanced. Experiences and lessons learned were summed up in practice to modify the implementation plan and improve nursing forms and nursing services.
