党的十三届七中全会指出,要下力量搞活全民所有制大中型企业。北京市思想政治工作研究会、市委工业工委等单位根据市委领导指示组成联合调查组,深入首都钢铁公司,对改革开放以来他们坚持社会主义方向,加强党的领导,所取得的成绩和经验,作了较为深入的调查研究。事实说明,思想政治工作为首钢这个特大型企业的发展注入了新的活力。他们的经验具有重要的借鉴意义。希望各企业特别是大中企业根据本单位的实际,不断创造出新的经验。
