The second member congress and theoretical seminar of Jilin Province Youth Economic Research Association was held in Northeast Normal University recently. The meeting elected economist and associate researcher, economics doctorate, researcher Yin Wenshu as chairman. Meeting received more than 60 academic papers. The brief summary is as follows.
