我科自1980年11月开展遗传咨询门诊,至82年9月,共门诊604例,对其中218例进行了外周血淋巴细胞染色体检查;并对有产前检查适应证的40例患者进行了羊水细胞培养和染色体检查。检查结果如下。
My department since November 1980 to carry out genetic counseling clinics, to August 82, a total of 604 cases were out of 218 cases of peripheral blood lymphocyte chromosome examination; and prenatal indications for 40 patients were Amniotic fluid cell culture and chromosome examination.
