该公司是Werner und Kolb Werk-zeugmaschinen GmbH所属子公司。主要生产柔性加工单元及柔性加工系统,该公司生产的柔性加工单元是在龙门镗铣床基础上发展起来的,箱体工件可在一次装夹下加工前、后、左、右、上五个面以适应大件箱体加工需要,图1是该公司生产的由二个加工单元组成的柔性加工系统。另外生产龙门铣床和钻床、深孔钻床及落地式钻床。我国郑州纺织机械厂和湘潭江麓机械厂都引进该厂的FMS系统。
