目的分析某院门诊超说明书用药情况,探讨超说明书用药的合理性。方法从该院门诊2016年1月~7月处方中,每月随机抽取1 d处方,以药品说明书为依据,对超说明书用药进行登记并分类统计分析。结果共抽取处方7 326张,其中超说明书用药处方743张,占10.1%,超说明书用药频次837次。超说明书用药情况多见于超给药途径(33.1%)、超适应证(27.6%)、超给药频次(25.7%)等方面。结论该门诊超说明书用药情况普遍存在,其合理性和科学性大多有文献支持,但也存在部分不合理用药的情况。
Objective To analyze the use of drugs in a hospital outpatient and discuss the rationality of using drugs in a super hospital. Methods From January to July in 2016, prescriptions of 1 d were taken randomly every month from the outpatient clinic of the hospital. Based on the instruction manual of drugs, the prescriptions of super instructions were registered and classified and analyzed statistically. Results A total of 7 326 prescriptions were drawn, of which 743 prescriptions were super-manuals, accounting for 10.1% of the total, and 837 cases were super-manuals. Super manual medication more common in the way of over-administration (33.1%), indications (27.6%), frequency of overdone (25.7%) and so on. Conclusion The outpatient super manual drug prevalence situation, most of its rationality and scientific literature support, but there are also some cases of irrational use of drugs.
