目的:观察药物水飞蓟宾对分离的成年大鼠心肌细胞钙通道阻滞效应。方法:用成年大鼠分离的心肌细胞,以放射性同位素45Ca2+作示踪,通过对经细胞膜Ca2+流入测定,研究药物水飞蓟宾对钙通道的抑制效应,并与钙通道阻滞剂维拉帕米对照。结果:维拉帕米组Ca2+流入的平均抑制效应为30%左右(P<0.001),水飞蓟宾组为36.50%左右(P<0.001)。结论:药物水飞蓟宾能显著阻滞分离的成年大鼠心肌细胞胞膜钙通道
OBJECTIVE: To observe the effect of silybin on the calcium channel blockade of isolated adult rat cardiomyocytes. METHODS: Myocardial cells isolated from adult rats were traced with radioactive isotope 45Ca2+, and the inhibitory effect of silybin on calcium channels was studied by measuring Ca2+ influx through the cell membrane, and the calcium channel blocker Verapa Meter control. Results: The average inhibitory effect of Ca2+ influx in verapamil group was about 30% (P<0.001), and 36.50% in Silibinin group (P<0.001). CONCLUSION: The drug silybin can significantly block the membrane calcium channels of isolated adult rat cardiomyocytes.
