为满足我国船舶工业近几年来引进世界名牌船用大功率柴油机大升程凸轮的加工要求,我们在调研联邦德国、日本、法国、丹麦等国大升程凸轮磨床制造厂和使用厂的基础上设计了两种具有先进水平的凸轮磨床。经长春第一机床厂审查修改和试制现已通过验收鉴定并投入生产,填补了我国此类机床的空白。本文结合其中一台MB8360型凸轮磨床的设计对大升程凸轮磨床的主要设计特点和原则进行探讨。 1.大升程凸轮的加工特点所谓大升程凸轮磨床其加工对象主要是大功率船用柴油机的进排气凸轮和燃油泵凸轮。它与通常的汽车、拖拉机发动机的凸轮
