利用计算机语言程序的设计,进行机床夹具设计中定位误差的计算,条理清楚,逻辑性强,具有独到之处。本文就以BASIC语言程序设计进行定位误差计算这一问题作一探讨性分析。运用BASIC语言程序进行定位误差计算的关键步骤是建立数学模型和绘制方框图。工件的定位误差由基准位移误差和基准不重合误差组成。为编制程序方便,把基准位移误差命名为Y,基准不重合误差命名为B,工件的定位误差命名为DW。下面分析在各种定位方式下,定位误差计算的BASIC语言程序。
Using the design of computer language program, the calculation of the positioning error in the design of machine tool fixture is well organized and logical, with unique features. In this paper, BASIC language programming for positioning error calculation for a discussion of this issue. The key steps of using BASIC language to locate the error are to establish the mathematical model and draw the block diagram. The positioning error of the workpiece consists of the reference displacement error and the reference misalignment error.
