用气相色谱仪与二氧化碳激光器组成的微反应系统考察了磷铝分子筛对高级烷烃、烯烃和芳烃的催化裂解和加氢裂解反应,并以Y-7型硅铝分子筛作对照,证明磷铝分子筛作为加氢裂解催化剂很有特色,同时还证明这种与激光发生器组成的微反应系统对于研究石油加工过程的催化裂化很有好处。用色谱技术进行了程序升温脱附法测定磷铝分子筛及Y-7型硅铝分子筛的脱附活化能和脱附速率常数,表明这种方法快速、简便和可靠。
The catalytic cracking and hydrocracking reactions of higher molecular alkanes, alkenes and aromatics by phosphorus aluminate molecular sieve were investigated with a micro-reaction system consisting of gas chromatography and carbon dioxide laser. The Y-7 type aluminosilicate molecular sieve was used as a control to prove that the phosphorous-aluminous molecular sieve was used as Hydrocracking catalysts are very distinctive, and it is also demonstrated that this micro-reaction system with a laser generator is good for studying the catalytic cracking of petroleum processing. The determination of the activation energy of desorption and the desorption rate constant of the zeolites of the aluminophosphates and Y-7 aluminosilicates by temperature-programmed desorption by chromatographic techniques show that the method is rapid, simple and reliable.
