(一)概述输水渠道的渗漏导致水资源和能源的巨大损失,因此有效地解决渠道防渗是一项十分迫切的任务。渠道防渗最经济有效的方法之一是衬垫高分子薄膜。目前常用的是PVC防渗材料,价格低廉,它可用溶剂或加热焊接,形成均质连续膜,而其它材料很少有这种性能;此外,PVC具有高松弛率,能适应地基变形。但是,PVC在抗冲击、耐候性等方面存在一定的缺陷。为此,我们进行了改性研究,以满足渠道防渗薄膜必须耐低温、冻融、耐土埋和水抽出、无毒或低毒、不透水、耐老化的要求,而且成本要降低,以便大面积推广使用。
