目的:探讨双源CT双能量成像技术在颅颈联合血管造影检查中的应用价值。方法:50例患者均应用dualenergy软件去骨,自动去骨后再根据图像效果进行微调以达到最佳图像质量(A组),然后再用去骨后图像应用3D软件切割等功能重建三维图像(B组)。2组图像进行对比分析。结果:所有患者均减影成功,但B组图像质量明显优于A组图像质量。结论:双能量减影技术能够很好的去除骨头,应用3D软件技术是双能量减影技术的补充。
Objective: To explore the value of dual-source CT dual-energy imaging in craniovertebra joint angiography. Methods: Fifty patients underwent bone removal using dualenergy software and automatically adjusted to the best image quality (A group) after automatic bone removal. The 3D image was then reconstructed using 3D software such as cutting, Group B). 2 groups of images for comparative analysis. Results: All the patients underwent subtraction success, but the image quality of group B was better than group A. Conclusion: The dual-energy subtraction technique can remove bones well. The application of 3D software technology is complementary to dual-energy subtraction technique.
