目的探讨拔除四个第二双尖牙矫治牙列轻中度拥挤,对侧貌突度的影响情况。方法 15例拔除第二双尖牙的患者,均采用直丝弓矫治器,平均疗程21.4个月,对治疗前后的头颅侧位片及模型进行测量和比较。结果 IMPA角和U1-PP角分别减小了4.70°和11.82°,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);Z角和FMIA角平均增加了3.98°和5.59°,两项指标的差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论轻中度拥挤的临界病例,拔除第二双尖牙矫治能有效地改善软组织侧貌突度,达到良好的美观效果。
Objective To investigate the effects of removal of four second bicuspid teeth on dentition mild to moderate crowding and contralateral protrusion. Methods Fifteen patients with second maxillary canines were treated with straight wire appliance. The average course of treatment was 21.4 months. The lateral cephalograms and models of the patients before and after treatment were measured and compared. Results The angles of IMPA and U1-PP decreased by 4.70 ° and 11.82 °, respectively, with statistical significance (P <0.05). The angles Z and FMIA increased by 3.98 ° and 5.59 °, respectively, with statistical differences Significance (P <0.01). Conclusion The mild and moderate crowding of critical cases, the removal of the second pair of canines correction can effectively improve the soft tissue profile of the side to achieve a good aesthetic results.
