It is known to all that the army in the revolutionary ranks played an important role in the revolution of 1911 from the very beginning of Wuchang to the founding of the interim government of the Republic of China. However, it is little-known that the newly formed military unit, Air Force, also made a great contribution to the 1911 Revolution. A total of four Air Force troops participated in the Revolution of 1911, namely, the Guangdong Military Government Aviation Corps, the Overseas Chinese Revolutionary Aircraft Corps, the Edu Dudu Fuzhou Aviation Corps and the Shanghai Military Government Dudu Aviation Corps. Among them, the overseas Chinese revolutionary aircraft corps in Nanjing once made a sensation so that some people think that the Empress Dowager Long Yin announced that the Qing emperor abdicated here is not unrelated. The Overseas Chinese Revolutionary Aircraft Regiment was established under the active support of overseas Chinese in the Americas
