工程造价管理是工程建设管理中非常最要的组成部分,土建工程施工项目要对不同阶段进行很好的控制就需要加强造价管理。对造价控制要严格把控审核承包商的索赔要求,同时要控制好设计变更与施工条件变更以及工程项目的变更等。建立起权责分明的管理制度,明确部门与人员的具体责任,防止不必要问题的发生。本文主要针对工程造价管理方面存在的问题进行了探讨,研究分析了应对工程造价管理问题的主要对策。
