目的 探讨血清酶和髓鞘碱性蛋白 (MBP)评估小儿病毒性脑炎脑损伤程度及预后的价值。方法 43例患儿按有无惊厥、有无意识障碍分组 ,采用多功能生化分析仪检测血清酶 ,简易MBPELISA法检测MBP ,组间进行对比分析 ,随访预后情况。结果 有惊厥组和有意识障碍组的血清酶和MBP显著高于无惊厥组和无意识障碍组 (P <0 .0 1) ;血清酶和MBP增高组后遗症发生率高 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论 血清酶和MBP均可反映病毒性脑炎的神经系统损伤程度 ,MBP较血清酶更能反应神经系统损伤 ,可作为病毒性脑炎神经系统损伤及预后判断的一项生化指标。
Objective To investigate the value of serum enzyme and myelin basic protein (MBP) in assessing the degree of brain injury and prognosis in children with viral encephalitis. Methods Forty-three children were divided into groups according to whether there was convulsion or not, and serum enzyme was detected by multi-functional biochemical analyzer. MBP ELISA was used to detect MBP. The comparative analysis and follow-up were made between the two groups. Results The levels of serum enzymes and MBP in convulsion group and disturbance of consciousness group were significantly higher than those in non-convulsion group and unconsciousness group (P <0.01). The incidence of sequelae of serum enzyme and MBP increased group (P0.05) . Conclusions Both serum enzymes and MBP can reflect the degree of nervous system damage of viral encephalitis. MBP can reflect the damage of nervous system more than serum enzyme, which can be used as a biochemical index of nervous system injury and prognosis of viral encephalitis.
