苏脲1号属昆虫生长调节剂,在昆虫个体发育期抑制表皮几丁化,阻碍内表皮形成,使昆虫不能正常蜕皮而导致死亡或阻止生殖。为观察苏脲1号毒饵抑制德国小蠊若虫生长发育的影响,我们进行了蜚蠊毒饵的室内药效测定。实验结果表明,苏脲1号在抑制蜚蠊若虫(蟑螂若虫)发育过程中发挥出非常显著的效果。现将实验结果报告如下。
Su urea 1 is an insect growth regulator that inhibits the chitinization of the epidermis in the developmental stages of insects, hindering the formation of the inner epidermis, preventing the insects from molting and causing death or preventing reproduction. In order to observe the effect of Suuure-1 bait on the growth and development of Blattella germanica, we conducted an indoor pharmacodynamic test of the cockroach bait. The experimental results show that SU urea 1 plays a very significant effect in inhibiting the development of nymphs (cockroach nymphs). The experimental results are reported below.
