随着改革开放、社会主义市场经济的不断深入,人口流动已成为一个十分突出的社会现象,这对计划免疫按照户口划区管理的传统模式带来了困难,流动人口成为一群特殊的免疫对象,是计划免疫工作的薄弱环节,亟待解决的新问题.针对上述情况,我们把流动人口的计划免疫管理列入日常工作内容,通过对流动人口的分类调查.掌握流动人口特点,建卡接种,取得了较好的效果.
