芬必得(Fenbid)是非留体类抗炎药-布洛芬(Ibupropen)的缓释胶囊。以其特殊的工艺技术,大大延长了布洛芬的有效血药浓度维持时间,提高了镇痛效果。目前已在类风湿及骨、外科临床中广泛应用。 为了探讨芬必得在口腔科的应用前景,我们以乙酰水杨酸为对照观察了芬必得在阻生智齿拔除,复杂拔牙(包括牙龈切开、凿骨等操作)及齿槽骨修整等常见门诊手术后的镇痛作用。现报告如下。
Fenbid is a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug, a sustained-release capsule of Ibupropen. With its special technology, greatly prolong the effective blood concentration of ibuprofen to maintain time and improve the analgesic effect. Has been widely used in rheumatoid and bone surgery. In order to explore the application prospects of Fenbid in the stomatology, we used acetylsalicylic acid as a control and observed fenpason in the treatment of impacted wisdom teeth, complex extraction (including gingiva incision, chiseling and other operations) and alveolar bone repair and other common clinics Postoperative analgesic effect.
