采用体外培养人胚成骨细胞模型,检测加入不同浓度的锌(10-7~10-3mol/L),对人胚成骨细胞增殖和分化的影响。结果显示,锌在10-4mol/L浓度时,能够显著促进成骨细胞蛋白质的合成,提高碱性磷酸酶(ALP)活性。但对成骨细胞增殖作用不明显。当锌浓度低于10-6mol/L时,作用不明显;当锌浓度超过10-4mol/L,达到10-3mol/L时,可抑制成骨细胞的分化,使ALP活性下降,蛋白质合成减少。
Human embryonic osteoblasts were cultured in vitro and the effects of different concentrations of zinc (10-7-10-3 mol / L) on the proliferation and differentiation of human embryonic osteoblasts were detected. The results showed that zinc concentration of 10-4 mol / L could significantly promote osteoblast protein synthesis and increase alkaline phosphatase (ALP) activity. But the proliferation of osteoblasts is not obvious. When the concentration of zinc is less than 10-6mol / L, the effect is not obvious. When the concentration of zinc exceeds 10-4mol / L, the concentration of 10-3mol / L can inhibit the differentiation of osteoblasts, decrease the ALP activity and decrease the protein synthesis .
