报导了最新开发的集成光波导器件的计算机辅助设计软件─—IOCAD2，它是一个采用复折射率矢量束传播分析方法的三维模拟分析软件。本文介绍了它的功能、特点、使用方法以及适用条件，并且以SLD直条形波导吸收区为例进行了模拟，得到了很好的模拟结果。
Reported the newly developed computer-aided design software integrated optical waveguide device ─ IOCAD2, which is a three-dimensional simulation analysis software using complex refractive index vector beam propagation analysis method. This paper introduces its function, characteristics, methods of use and application conditions, and SLD straight strip waveguide absorption area as an example was simulated, and obtained good simulation results.
