我市在1991年的“燎原之冬”活动中,在对青壮年农民开展短、平、快实用技术培训的基础上,突出抓了以在乡知识青年为重点的分层次、分专业、分阶段的初等技术长班培训。一年多来我市乡(镇)农民文化技术学校,举办学制二至三年,累计完成540——810课时的初等技术长班43个。村农民文化技术学校,举办学制半年至一年,累计完成120课时的初等技术长班176个。办学面占乡、村总数的77%,参加学习的人数达10560人,占知青总数的10.4%。深化认识、纳人政府行为
Based on the training of young, middle-aged peasants in short, flat and fast practical technologies, the city in 1991 started the “prairie fire winter” activities and focused on grasping the knowledge-based young people in townships at different levels, Stage of the primary technical long class training.
