本文用正电荷试剂(红Ruthenium,Red.RR,胶体铁Collodial Iron,(I)和凝集素(刀豆球蛋白AConcanavalin A,麦芽凝集素wheat Germ Agglwinin,WGA)显示蛋白多糖的电镜细胞化学方法,较细致地观察了Ehrlicb腹水癌细胞膜表面蛋白多糖的定位、分布及其超微结构。结果表明:蛋白多糖清楚地定位于细胞膜表面,形成细胞外衣,尤其在癌细胞微绒毛表面较其它部分有较高的负电荷密度。RR和CI法分别显示带负电荷的氨基多糖和涎酸蛋白,在高倍电镜下它们呈高电子密度的球状小颗粒和丝状颗粒。ConA和WGH分别特异地显示甘露糖和N-2酰半乳糖或涎酸,在高倍电镜下呈高电子密度的细小
