运用文献资料法、教师访谈法,对当前高校健美选项课的教学现状进行了探讨,分析了健美选项课教学中存在的问题,并提出对策,为提高其教学效果,促进高校健美选项课的课程改革提供一定的理论参考。
This paper discusses the current situation of bodybuilding elective courses in colleges and universities by using the methods of documentation and teacher interview, analyzes the problems existing in the teaching of bodybuilding elective courses and puts forward countermeasures. In order to improve the teaching effect and promote the bodybuilding elective courses in colleges and universities, Reform provides some theoretical reference.
