囊性脑膜瘤很少见,约占颅内脑膜瘤的3%～5%[1],与恶性脑膜瘤、胶质瘤、转移瘤等难以鉴别。而本组内的2例无实质部分,囊壁极薄并有微结节(<5mm)的囊性脑膜瘤少见文献报道,其发病率更低,并且与脑软化灶等难鉴别。笔者搜集本院2008年10月—2011年8月经手术病理证实,CT及MRI Cystic meningioma is rare, accounting for about 3% to 5% of intracranial meningioma [1], and malignant meningioma, glioma, metastases and other difficult to identify. The two cases in this group without substantial part of the extremely thin wall and micro nodules (<5mm) of the cystic meningioma rare in the literature, the incidence is lower, and difficult to identify with the brain softening lesions. The author collected our hospital from October 2008 to August 2011 confirmed by surgical pathology, CT and MRI
