1.发展企业集团过程中的一些新动向企业集团的发展在我国已有10年的历史。随着经济体制改革的逐步深入和市场作用的增强,企业集团得到较快的发展,类型也趋于多样化,外向型集团、综合型集团、控股式公司、跨国公司等也开始出现。最近,中央、国务院把组建企业集团作为搞活大中型企业的一条措施,各地区、各部门都在积极探索。
1. Some new trends in the development of enterprise groups The development of enterprise groups has been in China for 10 years. With the gradual deepening of the reform of the economic system and the enhancement of the role of the market, enterprise groups have developed rapidly and the types have also diversified. Export-oriented groups, integrated groups, holding companies, and multinational companies have also begun to emerge. Recently, the Central Government and the State Council have set up enterprise groups as a measure to invigorate large and medium-sized enterprises. Various regions and departments are actively exploring.
