建立快速测定表面活性剂(月桂酰基谷氨酸钠)含量的系统分析方法。月桂酰基谷氨酸钠用甲醇-水(1∶1)水浴加热超声溶解,选择C18柱、0.02mol/l乙酸铵-甲醇流动相以及蒸发光散射检测器作为分离条件进行检测。结果表明:方法简单快速,能准确的对月桂酰基谷氨酸钠进行定量分析。
A systematic method for the rapid determination of surfactant (sodium lauroyl glutamate) was established. Sodium lauroyl glutamate was lysed by heating in methanol-water (1: 1) water bath with sonication. C18 column, 0.02 mol / l ammonium acetate-methanol mobile phase and evaporative light scattering detector were selected as the separation conditions. The results showed that the method was simple and rapid and could accurately quantify sodium lauroyl glutamate.
