目的 分析 91例中国HIV - 1感染人群SDF1、CCR2b、CCR5等位基因型的多态性和分布特点。方法 应用聚合酶链反应 (PCR)、限制性片段长度多态性 (RFLP)分析技术和核酸测序技术分析HIV - 1感染人群SDF1、CCR2b、CCR5基因多态性。结果 未发现 91例中国HIV - 1感染者有CCR5△ 32突变型基因 ,SDF1- 3′A、CCR2b - 6 4I等位基因突变频率分别为 2 6 4 0 %、2 1 4 3% ,核酸测序结果与PCR/RFLP分析结果一致。结论 91例中国HIV - 1感染者均为易感者 ,中国HIV - 1感染者SDF1、CCR2b、CCR5不同基因型分布特点 ,提示 ,中国人群可能对HIV - 1有较大易感性
Objective To analyze the polymorphism and distribution of SDF1, CCR2b and CCR5 alleles in 91 Chinese HIV - 1 infected persons. Methods Polymerase chain reaction (PCR), restriction fragment length polymorphism (RFLP) analysis and nucleic acid sequencing were used to analyze the polymorphisms of SDF1, CCR2b and CCR5 in HIV - 1 infected population. Results There was no CCR5 △ 32 mutant gene in 91 Chinese HIV - 1 infected persons. The frequencies of SDF1 - 3 ’A and CCR2b - 6 4I alleles were 26.0% and 21.43%, respectively. Nucleotide sequencing Results were consistent with PCR / RFLP analysis. Conclusion All 91 Chinese HIV - 1 infected persons are susceptible. The distribution characteristics of different genotypes of SDF1, CCR2b and CCR5 in Chinese HIV - 1 infected persons suggest that Chinese people may be more susceptible to HIV - 1
