我国目前栽培的秋蘑菇只能在22℃以下出菇,5～8月夏秋高温季节不能栽培,因而高温季节菇房闲置,鲜菇断档。浙江省农业科学院园艺所于1993年成功地选育出耐高温蘑菇新品种——夏菇93(原名浙 AgH—1)。该品种适合于夏秋高温期栽培,能在30℃以上出菇,其主要优点,一是耐高温:菌丝生长温度18～38℃,出菇温度24～34℃,短时间内能承受更高温度;二是产量高:每平方米平均产量为7.5～10公斤,高的可达
