乡村卫生服务管理一体化(以下简称管理一体化)作为完善农村卫生机构管理和深化运行机制改革的一项重要举措,已经显示出不容置疑的优越性和强劲的发展势头。早在上世纪80年代末,山东省较早地开展了乡村卫生一体化管理工作,并把这项工作作为发展农村卫生事业、规范乡村卫生管理的重要措施来抓,到目前为止,山东省管理一体化率达到了69.7%。此后我国许多地方开始对农村卫生机构进行改革,相继开展了管理一体化的尝试,积累了一定的经验。
