培养高素质的、与社会需求相适应的人才,更好地服务于社会,是教育的终极目标,艺术学科的研究生教育也是如此。而在我国高层次人才的培养过程中,研究生教育是重要的路径,其将大批优秀的人才输送到各行各业。纵观国外发达国家,在研究生培养方面,近些年开始呈现出弹性化和多样化的趋势,我们应对其先进的培养方式充分借鉴,通过与国际主流接轨,制定出具有中国特色的、创新型的、高层次的人才培养方案。文章通过对中日艺术院校博士研究生培养方式的比较,对如何发展我国艺术院校研究生教育,提出了相关建议。
It is the ultimate goal of education to cultivate high-quality talents who adapt to the needs of the society and serve the society better. So is the postgraduate education in art disciplines. In the course of cultivating high-level talents in our country, postgraduate education is an important path, which will transfer a large number of outstanding talents to all walks of life. Looking at developed countries in foreign countries, we have seen a tendency of flexibility and diversification in post-graduate training in recent years. We should fully draw on its advanced training methods and, through alignment with the international mainstream, draw up a series of innovations with Chinese characteristics The high-level personnel training programs. By comparing the training methods of doctoral students in art schools in China and Japan, the article puts forward some suggestions on how to develop postgraduate education in art schools in our country.
