Leading cadre integrity files refer to different forms of historical records that reflect the leadership style of Party and government officials, honest and clean government, and integrity and self-discipline. They are important supplements to the personnel files of cadres. Practice has proved that the establishment of a cadre of honest and clean government files is a need to meet the major political task of fighting corruption and building a clean government under the new situation.
