10月7日,中建西部建设福建公司利嘉厂顺利完成福建省首个混凝土生产施工一体化项目——交通银行福建省分行的第七区块底板的施工。所谓“混凝土生产施工一体化”模式,即集混凝土生产、施工(技术支持)、养护(维护)为一体的服务模式。混凝土生产施工一体化是混凝土企业的发展所趋,更是福建省大力推行引导的方向。在福建省住建厅的批准下,福建公司利嘉厂成为福建省首个混凝土生产施工一体化试点单位。
On October 7, Li Jia Factory, a Fujian-based construction company in the western part of China’s Central City, successfully completed the construction of the seventh floor of the Bank of Communications Branch of Fujian Province, the first concrete production and construction integration project in Fujian Province. The so-called “concrete production and construction integration ” mode, that is set of concrete production, construction (technical support), conservation (maintenance) as one of the service model. Concrete production and construction integration is the development trend of concrete enterprises, Fujian Province is vigorously promote the direction of guidance. Under the approval of the Office of Housing and Urban-Rural Development in Fujian Province, Fujian Lijia Factory became the first pilot unit for the integration of concrete production and construction in Fujian Province.
