目的调查他汀类药物在社区血脂异常患者中的使用情况,分析其临床应用现状。方法在我社区卫生服务中心进行血脂检查的患者中,随机抽取120例血脂异常患者,调查他汀类药物的使用情况,分析其使用不足的原因。结果在120例患者中,70.8%(85/120)的患者未使用他汀类药物或剂量偏低,曾住院治疗的患者比未住院治疗的患者正确使用率较高,使用不足的主要原因为:患者对调脂治疗知识缺乏,医患担心不良反应,经济上难以承受。结论社区门诊普遍存在他汀类药物使用率低的情况,社区医生应加强认识,积极推广。
Objective To investigate the use of statins in patients with dyslipidemia in community and analyze its clinical application. Methods A total of 120 patients with dyslipidemia were randomly selected from patients who had lipid test in our community health service center to investigate the use of statins and analyze their causes. Results Among the 120 patients, 70.8% (85/120) of the patients did not use statins or the dose was low. The hospitalized patients had higher correct usage rate than the patients without hospitalization. The main reasons for the underuse were: Patients lack of knowledge of lipid-lowering treatment, doctors worry about adverse reactions, economically unbearable. Conclusion Community clinics generally have low rates of statin use. Community doctors should strengthen their awareness and actively promote them.
