我院自1995年对后勤工作进行大胆改革,统一规划,实行科学规范化管理,建立了“三个保障中心”,在几年的实践工作中收到较好效果。 维修中心:负责院区和家属生活区各类设施的维修,设专用电话,24小时人员值班,建立维修登记本。如科室发生问题,电话通知维修中心,值班人员接到电话后登记同时安排技术人员在5分钟内赶到现场,维修后科室负责人员检查验收合格后签字。每天值班人员要交接班,汇报值班情况。
Since 1995, our institute has carried out bold reforms in logistics, unified planning, and scientific and standardized management. We have established “three guarantee centers” and received good results in practical work in the past few years. Maintenance center: responsible for the maintenance of various facilities in the living area of the school yard and their families. There is a dedicated telephone, 24 hours staff on duty, and a maintenance registration book. If there is a problem in the department, call the service center and the on-duty personnel will register after receiving the call. At the same time, the technicians will be dispatched to the site within 5 minutes. The person in charge of the post-maintenance department will sign the inspection after passing inspection. Every day, on-duty personnel are required to make shifts and report on-duty situations.
