1999年4月23日,中国预防医学科学院全国中毒控制中心在北京宣告成立;短短二个月后,全国第一个省级分中心中国预防医学科学院中毒控制中心广东分中心也筹备完毕,于7月16日宣告成立;这是我国卫生系统第一家集咨询、检测、诊断、救援、培训于一体的全国性中毒救援机构,填补了我国卫生工作的一项空白;为大众的健康构筑了一条更加安全完整的疾患防治大堤。
On April 23, 1999, the National Center for Poisoning Control of the Chinese Academy of Preventive Medicine was announced in Beijing; just two months later, the Guangdong Provincial Center for Poison Control of the Chinese Academy of Preventive Medicine, the first provincial branch in China, was also preparing. It was established on July 16th; it is the first nationwide poisoning and rescue agency that integrates consultation, testing, diagnosis, rescue, and training in China’s health system, filling a gap in our country’s health work; A safer and more complete disease prevention and control embankment.
