本文报道首次采用ＡＢＣ免疫组化法和免疫荧光直接法（单克隆抗体），对正常涎腺，涎腺炎及良恶性混合瘤的ＣｕＺｎＳＯＤ进行了检测。发现ＣｕＺｎＳＯＤ富集于涎腺导管上皮细胞和肌上皮细胞；良恶性混合瘤呈现不同程度的阳性反应，恶性混合瘤ＣｕＺｎＳＯＤ的阳性率及阳性反应强度均高于良性混合瘤，二者间差异有显著性（Ｐ＜０．０５）。结果提示：ＡＢＣ免疫组化法是检测涎腺组织及良恶性混合瘤的ＣｕＺｎＳＯＤ的组化指标，对涎腺混合瘤恶变的诊断及治疗有一定的应用价值。文中讨论了ＣｕＺｎＳＯＤ在不同病变中出现的意义。
This article reports the first time using ABC immunohistochemistry and immunofluorescence direct method (monoclonal antibody), the normal salivary gland, sialadenitis and benign and malignant mixed tumor CuZnSOD were detected. It was found that CuZnSOD was enriched in the epithelial cells and myoepithelial cells of salivary glands. The benign and malignant mixed tumors showed different degrees of positive reaction. The positive rate and positive reaction intensity of CuZnSOD in malignant mixed tumors were higher than those in benign mixed tumors. There was significant difference between them (P <0.05). The results suggest that: ABC immunohistochemical method is a detection of salivary gland tissue and benign and malignant mixed tumor of CuZnSOD the group of indicators of salivary gland malignant tumor diagnosis and treatment of a certain value. The paper discusses the significance of CuZnSOD in different pathological changes.
