用磷酸三钙作为髓室底穿通后的屏障和修复材料进行了动物实验和临床应用研究。实验中,对照组为氢氧化钙。动物实验发现磷酸三钙封闭穿孔后,1个月之内炎症反应较明显;实验后1~2个月的样本较明显转为正常。实验后3月,穿底下方可见有新骨形成。而氢氧化钙组中,早期炎症更明显,后期骨质增生不明显。临床上选用磷酸三钙作为髓室底穿通的屏障和修复材料共治疗10例慢性尖周炎伴意外穿底的患牙,结果显示,磷酸三钙垫底充填3~12个月追踪复查,8例无临床症状,X线片示根分叉处及根尖部无阴影,有骨小粱形成和硬骨板重建。说明用磷酸三钙治疗髓室底穿通病例是可行的,为最大限度地保存患牙,恢复生理功能提供了一种新材料。
Animal experiments and clinical application studies were carried out using tricalcium phosphate as a barrier and repair material for medullary canal penetration. In the experiment, the control group was calcium hydroxide. Animal experiments found that tricalcium phosphate perforation closed within 1 month, the inflammatory response is more obvious; 1 to 2 months after the test samples were significantly changed to normal. After the experiment in March, we can see that new bone is formed under the bottom of the wearer. The calcium hydroxide group, the early inflammation is more obvious, late bone hyperplasia is not obvious. Clinical use of tricalcium phosphate as the perforation of the pulp chamber and repair materials were treated with 10 cases of chronic periapical accompanied by accidental end of the teeth, the results showed that the bottom of tricalcium phosphate filling 3 to 12 months follow-up review, 8 cases No clinical symptoms, X-ray showed root bifurcation and apical no shadow, the formation of bone beam and reconstruction of the hard board. It is feasible to use tricalcium phosphate for the treatment of medullary cavity perforation and provide a new material for maximal preservation of affected teeth and recovery of physiological functions.
