2013年3月26—28日,珠江委珠江流域水土保持监测中心站在广州市组织召开了小流域与监测点监测技术交流及咨询研讨会。广东、广西、海南、福建等四省(自治区)水土保持监测总站以及各省(自治区)典型小流域和监测点的监测单位负责人和技术骨干参加了会议。会议的目的是为规范珠江流域红壤丘陵区典型小流域和监测点的监测技术方法及监测数据报表填写,提高监测数据的准确性和合理性。珠江委水土保持处副处长陈冬奕首先就动态监测与公告项目的定位、项目特点、实施的重要性和必要性向与会代表作了介绍,并对各单位加强协作、严把质量关等方面提出具体要求。四省(自治区)总站负责人分别发言,表示要积极配合和全力
From March 26 to March 28, 2013, the Zhujiang River Commission Pearl River Basin Soil and Water Conservation Monitoring Center held a seminar on exchange of small river basins and monitoring points in Guangzhou City. The heads of water conservancy monitoring stations in four provinces (autonomous regions) of Guangdong, Guangxi, Hainan and Fujian provinces as well as the heads of monitoring units and technical cadres of typical small watersheds and monitoring points of various provinces (autonomous regions) attended the meeting. The purpose of the conference is to fill in the monitoring technical methods and monitoring data of typical small watersheds and monitoring points in the red soil hilly area of the Pearl River Basin and improve the accuracy and rationality of the monitoring data.
