On November 22, 2016, China Building Materials Engineering Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of China Building Materials, signed a contract for the EPC contract for Solara4 Vaqueiros 221 MW large-size photovoltaic ground power station in the UK with a total contract value of 200 million euros. In the meanwhile, it signed a contract to develop and construct a green housing town Strategic cooperation agreement. The Solara4 Vaqueiros 221 MW Photovoltaic Power Plant Project in Portugal is the first large-scale PV power plant project to be contracted by China Building Materials Engineering in Portugal.
