目的:研究前列瘀痛液对大鼠慢性非细菌性前列腺炎的影响及其抗炎镇痛作用。方法:采用角叉菜胶致大鼠非细菌性前列腺炎模型,观察前列瘀痛液对病理模型大鼠前列腺液中白细胞数目、卵磷脂小体密度、腺体组织形态的改变;采用二甲苯致小鼠耳肿胀的炎症模型和热板法的疼痛模型观察其抗炎镇痛作用;并观察了对小鼠耳廓微循环的影响。结果:前列瘀痛液可减少模型大鼠前列腺液中白细胞数,升高卵磷脂小体密度,减轻大鼠前列腺间质炎细胞浸润和水肿;减轻耳肿胀;提高热板法小鼠痛阈值;还可改善小鼠耳廓微循环。结论:前列瘀痛液具有改善大鼠非细菌性前列腺炎的作用。
OBJECTIVE: To study the effect of Qianlie Qutong Solution on chronic abacterial prostatitis in rats and its anti-inflammatory and analgesic effects. METHODS: A non-bacterial prostatitis model induced by carrageenan was used to observe the change of leukocyte number, lecithin body density and glandular tissue morphology in the prostatic fluid of pathological model rats. Mouse ear edema model of inflammation and hot plate method of pain model observed its anti-inflammatory and analgesic effects; and observed the effect of mouse auricular microcirculation. RESULTS: Qianlie Qutong Liquid could reduce the number of leukocytes in the prostatic fluid of model rats, increase the density of lecithin bodies, reduce the infiltration and edema of rat prostate interstitial cells, reduce the ear swelling, and increase the pain threshold of hot plate mice. It can also improve mouse auricular microcirculation. Conclusion: Qianlie Qutong Liquid has the effect of improving non-bacterial prostatitis in rats.
