目的:通过MMP-9mRNA表达探讨开窍通腑汤的神经保护及神经功能重塑作用。方法:采用拴线法复制大鼠大脑中动脉缺血3h再灌注模型,采用RT-PCR方法检测MCAO后不同时间点各组MMP-9mRNA在局灶性脑缺血中的表达。结果:开窍通腑汤可通过降低MMP-9的含量,减轻缺血时基底膜的降解,从而维护血脑屏障(BBB)的完整性。进而达到防治脑缺血再灌注损伤的目的。
OBJECTIVE: To investigate the neuroprotection and neurological function remodeling of Kaiqiaotongyu Decoction through the expression of MMP-9 mRNA. METHODS: The model of middle cerebral artery occlusion in rats was duplicated by squeezing line for 3 hours. RT-PCR was used to detect the expression of MMP-9 mRNA in focal cerebral ischemia at different time points after MCAO. RESULTS: Kaiqi Tongqiao Decoction can reduce the degradation of basement membrane during ischemia by decreasing the content of MMP-9, so as to maintain the integrity of blood-brain barrier (BBB). In order to prevent and treat cerebral ischemia reperfusion injury.
